A comprehensive self-study Buker's Taxanalysis course designed for institutions who wish to make their lenders proficient in tax return analysis but cannot sponsor a seminar at this time. To order your self-study kit please scroll to the bottom of this page.
Our Buker's Taxanalysis Self-Study program gives your lenders the advanced skills necessary to analyze the most complex income tax returns
Your lenders have previously attended a Buker's Taxanalysis seminar and wish to further develop and enhance skills in tax return analysis.
You have previously sponsored a seminar but one or more of your lenders were unable to attend. Self-Study allows them to quickly get up to speed with comparable skills to those who attended the seminar.
You have a small number of lenders who need cash flow analysis training and you are unable to meet the 80 person minimum for an on-site seminar
Each self-study set contains the same, complete Buker's Taxanalysis manual as described on the Buker's Taxanalysis Seminar page. You also receive a detailed Buker's Taxanalysis Workbook and the Solutions to Buker's Taxanalysis Workbook.
These workbooks provide hands-on exercises guiding your lenders through each aspect of an individual tax return -- sole proprietorships, capital gains, rental real estate, partnerships, S corporations, etc. -- and how to properly determine the cash flow from that activity.
Multiple exercises are provided for each category and each of these exercises graduates in complexity. Upon completion of all exercises, your lenders will have developed a broad-based expertise and high proficiency in cash flow analysis.
