Overview of Seminar Programs

We Offer Three Powerful Seminars

  • Buker's Taxanalysis
  • Bukers Taxanalysis II
  • Buker's Taxanalysis III

Our courses provide a graduated program of study in tax return analysis for all of your lenders -- from entry level to senior loan officers.  Past participants tell us that our on-site training is the fastest, most effective way to become proficient in tax return analysis.

Classes are specifically structured to enable your lenders to complete 90% of the learning process during the seminar -- allowing them to hit the ground running the day after class and apply its concepts immediately upon returning to work.

Many banks adopt Buker's Taxanalysis as their in-house system in personal cash flow analysis.  Each year we update this standardized, easy-to-use approach with all applicable tax law changes, saving you the trouble of changing your own in-house cash flow worksheets.

Seminar Schedules and Size

Buker's Taxanalysis I and Buker's Taxanalysis II are separate one-day courses that are provided as a two-day back to back set of courses for maximum effectiveness.  Buker's Taxanalysis III is a two-day course.  All seminars start at 8:00 a.m. and end at 5:00 p.m.  Seminars require a minimum of 60 attendees and will accept up to 130.

Two Seminar Formats

On-Site Training

  • Sponsored by your institution, Paul G. Buker' CPA, MT and founder of Buker's Taxanalysis, comes to your training site and personally teaches your lenders.  This is the format used by most of our bank clients.
  • The cost to your bank is greatly lowered by reducing your lenders' travel costs and the time they spend out of the bank.

Open Enrollment Training

  • Can be sponsored by your bank, a group of banks in your area or your local bank trade association.  Paul Buker comes to your training site and personally teaches your lenders.

Each seminar includes a complete set of materials specifically designed for that course.  Extra sets of Buker's Taxanalysis I and Buker's Taxanalysis II materials may be purchased separately for $150 each, plus shipping.
